HR Committee Virtual Discussion: GR No. 35/2021 on Fixed-Term Work Agreement (PKWT), Outsourcing, Working and Rest Time, Employment, and Layoffs (PHK)

Dear AmCham Members & Friends, For our second HR Committee meeting we will be discussing the new regulation No. 35/2021 on Fixed-Term Work Agreement (PKWT), Outsourcing, Working and Rest Time, Employment, and Layoffs (PHK). Our speakers from AKSET Law will provide a side-by-side analysis of this new regulation.

This regulation will have wide-ranging implications from a Human resources perspective and is touted as being employer-friendly as it relates to the relaxation of rules for contract employment and the reduction of severance payments to permanent employees. Employees, especially those getting closer to their retirement age will see a significant drop in their pension calculations.

We also welcome you to share how the new regulation is being implemented in your company.
