Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara

On 24 February 2025, the President of the Republic of Indonesia enacted Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 Year 2025 regarding Third Amendment to Law Number 19 Year 2003 regarding State-Owned Enterprises. This Law aims at the planned, integrated, and sustainable management of State-Owned Enterprises in building national competitiveness, and providing opportunities, support, protection, and partnerships in the development of micro, small, medium enterprises and cooperatives.
Pada tanggal 24 Februari 2025, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Ketiga Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Undang-Undang ini bertujuan untuk pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang terencana, terpadu, dan berkelanjutan dalam membangun daya saing nasional, dan memberikan kesempatan, dukungan, pelindungan, dan kemitraan dalam pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, menengah, dan koperasi.
