Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko
On 5 June 2025, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Government Regulation Number 28 Year 2025 regarding Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing. This regulation is stipulated in the context of the simplification of Business Licensing through the implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing by conducting continuous policy reforms in realizing the ease of starting and running a business in order to support job creation.
Pada tanggal 5 Juni 2025, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2025 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan dalam rangka penyederhanaan Perizinan Berusaha melalui penerapan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko dengan melakukan reformasi kebijakan secara berkelanjutan dalam mewujudkan kemudahan dalam memulai dan menjalankan usaha guna mendukung cipta kerja.
