On 20 June 2025, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 16 Year 2025 regarding Fit and Proper Test as well as Re-Assessment for Main Parties in the Sector of Financial Sector Technological Innovation as well as Digital Financial Assets and Crypto Assets. This regulation was stipulated to create an optimal ecosystem of technological innovation in the financial sector as well as digital financial assets and crypto assets for the community.
Pada tanggal 20 Juni 2025, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2025 tentang Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan serta Penilaian Kembali bagi Pihak Utama di Sektor Inovasi Teknologi Sektor Keuangan serta Aset Keuangan Digital dan Aset Kripto. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk menciptakan ekosistem inovasi teknologi sektor keuangan serta aset keuangan digital dan aset kripto yang optimal kepada masyarakat.
