We are pleased to invite you to a virtual courtesy meeting with Heru Kustanto, Head of the Center for the Enhancement of Domestic Product Utilization (P4DN), Ministry of Industry, scheduled for Friday, October 31, 2025 from 14:00 – 15:30 WIB (GMT 7).

The courtesy meeting aims to gain a deeper understanding of the implementation and technical aspects of the Ministry of Industry Regulation (Permenperin) 35/2025. The discussion will focus on potential challenges faced by industry players, and ways the private sectors can constructively engage and contribute to the implementation process. Key topics will include the implementation priorities of the new Local Content Requirement (TKDN) and Company Benefit Weighting (BMP) framework. Additionally, the meeting will explore opportunities to ensure clarity, efficiency, and balanced policy implementation to support both domestic industrial growth and the long term competitiveness of Indonesia’s manufacturing sector.
