Penawaran Efek Melalui Layanan Urun Dana Berbasis Teknologi Informasi

On 11 July 2025, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 17 Year 2025 regarding Securities Crowdfunding. This regulation was stipulated in order to develop the financial industry that provides alternative financing outside the banking sector while encouraging the use of securities crowdfunding. In line with technological developments and the increasing need for legal certainty in society, the Financial Services Authority considers it necessary to refine the old provisions so that the regulations are more adaptive, relevant, and able to provide optimal protection for issuers and investors.
Pada tanggal 11 Juli 2025, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang Penawaran Efek Melalui Layanan Urun Dana Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Peraturan ini ditetapkan dalam rangka mengembangkan industri keuangan yang menyediakan alternatif pembiayaan di luar sektor perbankan sekaligus mendorong pemanfaatan layanan urun dana berbasis teknologi informasi (securities crowdfunding). Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatnya kebutuhan kepastian hukum di masyarakat, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan memandang perlu menyempurnakan ketentuan lama agar pengaturannya lebih adaptif, relevan, dan mampu memberikan perlindungan yang optimal bagi penerbit maupun pemodal.
