Provisions and Procedures for Local Content and Company Benefit Weight Certification
Ketentuan dan Tata Cara Sertifikasi Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri dan Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan
On 11 September 2025, the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 Year 2025 regarding Provisions and Procedures for Local Content and Company Benefit Weight Certification. This regulation was stipulated to provide legal certainty in the certification process for the Local Content and Company Benefit Weight.
Pada tanggal 11 September 2025, Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2025 tentang Ketentuan dan Tata Cara Sertifikasi Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri dan Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dalam proses sertifikasi nilai Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri dan Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan.
